Order Cancellation Policy

At Kitchen Crafts, we understand that plans can change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be cancelled, how to request a cancellation, and what options are available if your order has already been processed or shipped.

Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The email address used to place the order

We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before processing begins.

Orders Already Processed

Once an order has entered our processing system, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

If cancellation is no longer available, you may request a return after delivery, provided your purchase meets the requirements outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

After your package has been delivered, you may initiate a return if the product qualifies under our return policy.

Customized or Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has started.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your information before shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Kitchen Crafts’ Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions

If your order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.
